Your Wheelchair & Airport Assistance waits for you at Arrival Hall, located between Airbridge and Visa On Arrival Counter.
IF needing Visa on Arrival, Your Airport Assistance will accompany you to VOA counters and you can choose the shortest queue; legally the payment should be done by you only and our Assistance will accompany you along the payment process. IF you have Electronic VOA, you will bypass VOA counter
Your Airport Assistance will assist you at Wheelchair line at Immigration Passport stamps and you can be accompanied by your family/friend maximum 1 person (with additional charge IDR 400,000) fee as Airport Assistance fee .
Your Airport Assistance will assist your luggage and we will search together with you via your luggage tags
Your Airport Assistance will accompany you to Customs. You will need to complete a ECD at non-manned counter in Bali or can do ECD 1 day before boarding your flight. We will then further assist through Customs with all your luggage.
