Your Wheelchair Assistance waits for you at Arrival Hall, located between Airbridge and Visa On Arrival Counter.
IF needing Visa on Arrival, Your wheelchair Assistance will accompany you to VOA payment counters, legally the payment should be done by you only and our Assistance will accompany you along the payment process.
Your wheelchair Assistance will assist you at Wheelchair line at Immigration Passport stamps.
Your wheelchair Assistance will accompany you to Customs. You will need to complete a ECD at non-manned counter in Bali or can do ECD 1 day before boarding your flight. We will then further assist through Customs with all your luggage.
