DETAIL SERVICES:
  1. Your Personal Assistant (PA) waits for you at Arrival Hall, located between Airbridge and Visa On Arrival Counter. 
  2. IF needing Visa on Arrival PA will guide you to VOA counters and you can choose the shortest queue; legally the payment should be done by you only. IF you have Electronic VOA, PA will bypass VOA counter 
  3. PA shows you to Special line at Immigration
  4. PA will assist your luggage and we will search together with you via your luggage tags 
  5. PA will accompany you to Customs. You will need to complete a ECD at non-manned counter in Bali or can do ECD 2 days before boarding your flight. We will then further assist through Customs  with all your luggage until the parking area.

  • Visa on Arrival fee IDR 500,000 per passport.

    Please note that the Special Line service on Arrival may not always be available. We will confirm its availability one day before the service date. If it is not available, you can still use the other services that are always available.

    If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so 24 hours prior to arrival and you will receive a free cancellation. Reservations cannot be canceled after 24 hours to your arrival date as we will reserve our team for you.

    If you have a change in flight number or arrival date, please inform us as soon as possible. Delayed flights will still be served because our team will be on standby waiting for your arrival according to your flight details.
