EXCLUDE:
  • Visa on Arrival fee IDR 500,000 per passport (must be PAID directly by traveler on arrival)
  • Fasttrack (Special Line at Immigration)
DETAIL SERVICES:
  • Your assistant waits for you at Arrival Hall, located between Airbridge and Visa On Arrival Counter. 
  • IF needing Visa on Arrival, your assistant will accompany you to VOA counters and you can choose the shortest queue; legally the payment should be done by you only. IF you have Electronic VOA, you will bypass VOA counter 
  • Your assistant shows you to regular line at Immigration Passport stamps (no special line)
  • Your assistant will assist your luggage and we will search together with you via your luggage tags 
  • Your assistant will accompany you to Customs. You will need to complete a ECD at non-manned counter in Bali or can do ECD 1 day before boarding your flight. We will then further assist through Customs  with all your luggage.
  • Your assistant will assist you for Money Changer with TICBALI rate
  • Your assistant will assist you with all your luggage until the parking area.

    By making a Booking it is the acknowledgment that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

    Once you have Booked and paid online you will receive a Payment Receipt Email with Further Instructions.

    FOLLOW the instructions and SEND us for EACH PASSENGER the following.
    - Internal Passport Photo
    - Flight Ticket photo
    - IMEI screenshot (if you buy a SIM card from us)

    PLEASE NOTE :
    It is the Customers Responsibility to:
    * Provide correct date and correct flight number when booking. (We prepare everything from the data you provide)
    * Notify ASAP of changes only if your Flight Number or Date is changed. (We monitor changes if on your Original scheduled flight information on the original day)

    DISCLAIMER:
    If Data is incorrect at time of booking and/or we have not been notified of date or flight number changes; payment is Non Refundable. 

    Unforeseen things may occur and if so, we maybe able  to reschedule no later than 2 days before the original service date, additional fees will apply.
