Payment is Non Refundable but available for reschedule no later than 2 days before the service date, additional fees may apply.
Please make sure your phone is eSIM-compatible before booking. eSIM is a digital SIM card that allows you to activate a mobile plan without a physical SIM card. If your phone is not compatible, we’re unable to refund the payment. In that case, you can choose a regular SIM card at our counter upon arrival.
We do not offer delivery services. If you require delivery, an additional fee will apply, payable in cash to our team.
Location: Our counter is conveniently located at Ngurah Rai International Airport’s International Arrival area, just after you pass through customs or the baggage claim area.
After completing your payment, you will automatically receive a map with the location of our counter in your paid receipt/voucher via email.
To avoid trouble registering your eSIM, we highly recommend registering it only upon arrival. This way, you can directly verify whether the eSIM works or not. If the eSIM does not work, please do not leave our counter until it is resolved.
