DETAIL SERVICES:
Your Personal Assistant (PA) waits for you at Arrival Hall, located between Airbridge and Health Counter. Your PA will assist you through the following Process :
  1. PA at Health Counter and you do not need to queue at this counter as we already register your detail following the document you sent to us before you fly to Bali.
  2. PA will accompany you to Visa On Arrival counters and you can choose the shortest queue; legally the payment should be done by you only.
  3. PA shows you to Special line at Immigration
  4. PA will assist your luggage and we will search together with you via your luggage tags 
  5. PA will accompany you at Custom and assist you with all your luggage until the parking area.

Can I pay for VOA with my VIP entry?
No, you must pay this separately as per airport rules, we recommend bring some cash to avoid problems eg In case the eftpos machine is broken. Your VOA can be paid in AUD, USD and in most cases Rupiah will be given as your change.

Note :
Before you fly to Bali, We need some document's picture/screenshot sent to us via email to make your arrival run smooth :
  1. Passport (Make sure it's Valid)
  2. Vaccine certificate with minimum 2 Vaccination dates
  3. Flight Ticket

If your booking is for more than 1 passport or more than 1 person, please easily change the total amount of passport on this booking form.

We receive reservations from 30 to 1 day before your scheduled flight and payment should be completed at least 1 day before your scheduled flight at maximum 17:00 Bali Time (UTC +8).

    By making a Booking it is the acknowledgment that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

    Once you have Booked and paid online you will receive a Payment Receipt Email with Further Instructions.

    FOLLOW the instructions and SEND us for EACH PASSENGER the following.
    - Flight Ticket photo
    - IMEI screenshot & passport photo (if you buy a SIM card or e-SIM from us)

    PLEASE NOTE :
    It is the Customers Responsibility to:
    * Provide correct date and correct flight number when booking. (We prepare everything from the data you provide)
    * Notify ASAP of changes only if your Flight Number or Date is changed. (We monitor changes if on your Original scheduled flight information on the original day)

    DISCLAIMER:
    If Data is incorrect at time of booking and/or we have not been notified of date or flight number changes; payment is Non Refundable.

    Unforeseen things may occur and if so, we maybe able  to reschedule no later than 2 days before the original service date, additional fees will apply.

    DETAIL SERVICES:
    • Your Airport Assistant waits for you at Duty Free Before Luggage area and holding a paper with your name.
    • Your Airport Assistant will search for your luggage via your luggage tags on back of your Booking Pass.  Handy Hint ~ Take photo of luggage and show to Assistant on arrival with your boarding pass (tags on reverse) and they will look for this luggage by same as picture and tags.
    • Your Airport Assistant will accompany you to Customs. You will need to complete a ECD at non-manned counter in Bali or can do ECD 3 days before boarding your flight. We will then further assist through Customs with all your luggage.
    • Your Airport Assistant will show you to SIMCARD Counter or eSIM Counter, if required, with no queue if you already booked online via this booking form.
    • Your Airport Assistant will show you to Money Changer, if required, at Airport with best Airport price TICBALI Rate as you can see the up-to-date rate on website ticbali.com which is much better rate than regular Airport rate, as long as you inform us through this booking form.
    • Your Airport Assistant will assist your luggage and escort you until the parking area. If you book transport with ticbali on this booking form, you do not need to go through the parking area, but we have special meeting point for your convenience. Price is per one private car with capacity 4 persons with luggage.
