Here's how to register and activate e-SIM into your smartphone:
• Make sure your device supports e-SIM technology & not locked with other SIM Card carrier.
• Make sure your device is connected to the internet because the e-SIM
activation process requires an internet connection to download your eSIM profile from the server.
• Scan the QR code using your device, please wait until the activation process is complete.
• The device will download your e-SIM profile.
• After successfully scanning the QR code, the number and data package on the XL e-SIM will be automatically activated and can be used.
• For Iphone user, please go to Settings > Cellular > Choose XL e-SIM > Cellular Data Network > type all APN with : Internet
•Android eSIM setting instruction: Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan > Scan QR Code or Enter Activation Code. Please refer to this for Android
• Make sure your roaming and VPN off.
*Please note: due to the Indonesian Government’s policy, you need to submit personal data (photo of passport, phone’s IMEI number (check IMEI please dial #06#), and IMEI and Passport as 1 ) in advance as a requirement to activate the eSIM Card. Not providing data in advance, may cause an activation delay

- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to eSIM compatibility issues

- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is a Data-only SIM card.
- For eSIM registration, we need data such as a clear passport photo and IMEI.
- The packages we offer are divided into 5 options, namely: 12GB, 22GB, 38GB, 75GB and 150GB which are all valid for 30 days.
- The usage period will be counted from the moment you first use the data in Indonesia
- If you have arrived in Indonesia, do airplane mode first to ensure your signal

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Please note: e-SIM registration is only applicable for Non-Indonesian Passport Holder. This product is not applicable for Indonesian Passport Holder
