Our DEPARTURE VIP SERVICE start once Check in Counter open. Check in Counter is open 3 hours before departure, and Check in counter will be closed 1 hour before STD (Schedule Time Departure) we recommend you start from hotel in Kuta Legian Seminyak Sanur and Nusa Dua area 3 hours before your flight departure, so you do not have to wait if you arrive at airport too early for check in. At immigration counter on departure, everyone still has to line up as it is mandatory, but your personal assistant will guide you the shortest queue on regular line if you do not have eVOA. Great news, Customers who come to Bali with ePassport and have eVOA are available to use the Auto Gate express on departure too (except kids under 10 and except wheelchair user) both will have special line for kids and wheelchair on departure.
