Our VIP Departure service starts once the Check-in Counter opens.

Our service time start 3 hours before departure, please make sure you understand that you must arrive 3 hours before SCHEDULE TIME of DEPARTURE at The Drop Zone Second Gate of the International Departure

We receive reservations from 30 to 1 day before your scheduled flight and payment should be completed at least 1 day before your scheduled flight at maximum 17:00 Bali Time (UTC +8).

    Our DEPARTURE VIP SERVICE start once Check in Counter open. Check in Counter is open 3 hours before departure, and Check in counter will be closed 1 hour before STD (Schedule Time Departure) we recommend you start from Uluwatu Area area 3 hours 30 Minutes before your flight departure, so you do not have to wait if you arrive at airport too early for check in. At immigration counter on departure, everyone still has to line up as it is mandatory, but your personal assistant will guide you the shortest queue on regular line if you do not have eVOA. Great news, Customers who come to Bali with ePassport and have eVOA are available to use the Auto Gate express on departure too (except kids under 10 and except wheelchair user) both will have special line for kids and wheelchair on departure.

    Payment is Non Refundable but available for reschedule no later than 2 days before the service date, additional fees may apply.
