  • Greeted at the airport by your personal assistant at our meeting point Drop Zone bottom of No 2 Ramp of International Departure.
  • We assist your Luggage

* Check in counter will be open 3 hours before STD (Scheduled Time of Departure)
* Check in counter will be closed 1 hour before STD (Scheduled Time of Departure)

Our VIP Departure service starts once the Check-in Counter opens. This will be NO earlier than 3 hours before STD (Schedule Time Departure) and Check in counter will be closed 40 minutes before STD (Schedule Time Departure)

PLEASE NOTE: Our service time start 3 hours before (STD) departure, please make sure you following these 4 points ...

  1. Your driver must call TICBALI OFFICE WHATSAP NUMBER at  +62 812-4611-8045 or +628113804078 before heading to airport to let us know the Rego Number, Car type and color. Do not let your driver leave you alone before your driver meet our team.
  2. ARRIVAL - MUST BE  between 2.5 hours or 3 hours before SCHEDULE TIME of DEPARTURE (STD)
  3. MEETING POINT - Drop Zone bottom of No 2 Ramp of International Departure.
  4. WAIT & LOOK - Someone here will have a sign with your name on it. Report to them only.

However can be available for reschedule no later than 2 days before the service date, additional fees may apply.

  3. International Covid Vaccination Certificate (Australia)
Please make sure you insert a correct data because we work and prepare everything for your service following the data you insert.

We receive reservations from 30 to 1 day before your scheduled flight and payment should be completed at least 1 day before your scheduled flight at maximum 17:00 Bali Time (UTC +8).

    Our VIP Departure service starts once the Check-in Counter opens. At immigration counter on departure, everyone still have to line up as it is mandatory but your personal assistant will guide you the shortest queue.
